How to Rinse
If Cocktail Machine will not be used for an extended period of time, it is
recommended to use Rinse function.
1. Remove Spirit Bottles and return spirits back to original bottle or a suitable
container. Locked bottles will require an attendant to remove Spirit Bottles.
2. Wash and rinse Spirit Bottles, then fill with water.
3. Place Spirit Bottle Lids on Bottles and screw Lids securely in place.
4. Insert Spirit Bottles with water in all four Bottle Holders.
5. Place a 10-ounce (296 mL) or larger container under Dispenser on Bar Mat.
6. On Control Panel, access the function Menu.
7. Rotate Selector Dial to Rinse ( ) and press the
button. Follow prompts. You may also select back ( )
to go back to the menu screen, or Home ( ).
8. Rotate Selector Dial, then press All and rinsing will
start. Cocktail Machine will automatically rinse water
and spirit lines.
9. When operation is complete, screen will go back to
Home.

How to Transport
It is recommended to first go through the Rinse function, then the Transport
function to rinse and drain the internal lines in Cocktail Machine if transporting the
Cocktail Machine or not planning to use it for an extended period of time.
1. Follow the instructions in "How to Rinse."
2. Remove Water Reservoir and all Spirit Bottles. Place container under Dispenser.
3. On Control Panel, access the function Menu.
4. Rotate Selector Dial to Transport (

5. The screen will display a reminder to run the First
Use function when using the Bartesian again. Press
Next and purging of spirit lines will start. Cocktail
Machine will automatically remove remaining water
and spirit from lines.
6. When operation is complete, screen will go back to
Home.
