INSTRUCTION MANUAL
INTRODUCTION
This 5-legged transmission jack has a solid construction and a high-quality hydraulic system, which
makes it capable to lift up to 500 kg in a safe and stable manner. It incorporates a pedal, which
enables a quick and precise lift.
It can be used to raise, lower and transport a vehicle's engine safely.
IMPORTANT
Please read these instructions carefully.
Note the security instructions and warnings.
Do not modify the jack or use it for any application other than that for which it has been designed.
Keep the manual in a secure place for future reference.
Safety instructions
1. Make sure all preliminary checks are properly performed before using the jack. Do not use if
broken, leaky or damaged.
2. Ensure the use of original parts only. Non-authorized parts may be dangerous.
3. You must use the jack on level and solid ground. Keep the surface clean, tidy and free from
other materials.
4. Ensure there is enough oil in the cylinder to operate adequately.
5. The centre of the load should be the same as the center of the transmission jack.
6. In case jack turns over, STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING. MOVE QUICKLY TO A SAFE DISTAN-
CE. DO NOT TRY TO HOLD OR STEADY THE JACK, as it may result in a serious personal
injury.
7. Keep children and non-qualified personnel away from the working area.
8. Never leave transmission jack unattended while being used.
9. Repairing should be done by a trained professional; otherwise, it may cause personal damage.
10. NEVER stand on the jack or use it as a ladder.
11. Do NOT overreach. Never surpass its maximum load capacity (0.5 tones).
Please note that common sense and caution are the main factors avoiding accidents and must be
properly applied.
Assembly instructions
1. Place the two legs stands (6) in a stable and balanced
ground.
2. Connect both leg stands to the bottom base with the corres-
ponding bolts, nuts, washers and springs.
3. Fit the five castors (7) to the leg stands with the bolts, nuts
and washers.
4. Make sure bolts, nuts and washers are properly tightened.
5. Place the saddle (1) at the top of the main piston (3).
6. Put together the main piston and the legs.
