Installation
Remove the cover from the electrical panel.
Drive the cables through the wire conduit.
Size the cable, the cables must be H07 RN-F type.
According to the installation instructions, all devices for disconnection from the power supply
mains must have a contact opening (4 mm) to allow total disconnection according to the
Power supply
conditions
provided for the overvoltage class III.
To prevent any risk, the power cable must only be replaced by the technicians of the after-sales
service (type Y attachment).
Preliminary checks
Check the following prior to water filling
• hydronic connections are correctly tightened
• all the screws of the flange are tightened
• electrical connections are correctly tightened; poor
tightening can cause running problems and overheating
• earth connections have been made for all the installed
components
• no tools or other foreign objects have been left in the unit
• the unit is stable
• the electric heater circuit breaker is off
• the electric heater thermostat is set at the right
temperature
Maintenance
Please refer to the Safety information manual.
The equipment should be serviced in order to maintain
performances and reliability.
The product warranty may be invalidated due to wrong or
incomplete maintenance.
The user is not authorized to open the unit or remove any
of its parts.
Any maintenance activity requiring opening of the unit
must be carried out by qualified service personnel.
Carry out the following operations at least once a year:
• replace the anode every 6/12 months
• perform an internal cleaning
• check the expansion vessel
• check parts for wear
• check setpoints and operating points
• check safety devices
• check electrical connections for tightness
• check the earth connections
• check for water leaks
• check operation and parameters
• check system pressure

Connect the cables according to fig. 5 and fig. 6.
Fasten the cables with the provided cable holder.
After water filling, check the following
• there are no leaks
• the installation is bled; poor bleeding can cause
deterioration of the electric heater
Don't switch on the electric heater circuit breakers until the
installation has been fully bled.
