Step 1 - Installation
1.
Prepare the area on which the vanity is to be fitted; ensure that there is adequate clearance for the waste assembly and outflow pipes and tap.
2.
Ensure the wall is level (the bubble should be in the centre of the two lines on a spirit level) and free from debris.
3.
When installed, the top of the vanity will measure 915mm up from the floor. Measure up 885mm from the floor and mark the wall
4.
Using a spirit level, mark a horizontal line from the mark made in the previous step.
5.
Place the framework onto the wall, lining up the top face to the horizontal line, mark the holes onto the wall. Drill the wall using 10mm drill bit.
6.
Fit the framework to the wall using the Blue plugs and the No.14 x 2" screws provided. Using a spirit level ensuring it remains level.
7.
Carefully lift the vanity onto the framework and fix together, using the No.6 x 3/4" screws provided.
8.
Put a small amount of silicon evenly covering the dull face of the splashback and fit to the wall so it sits flush and central with the top of the solid
surface vanity top. Seal the vanity to the splashback/tiled wall wherever it makes contact.
9.
Put a bead of silicon where the splashback and solid surface top meet.
10. Cover all framework fixing holes by using the covering caps provided.
