1 - SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

CAUTION : To avoid any risk of electrical shock, never open the device. None of the parts of this device are authorized for repair by the
user.
In the event of a breakdown, entrust your equipment exclusively to a quali ed person. Any dismantling of the device shall void the
warranty. If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or by an authorized after-sales service.
This symbol is intended to alert the user to the presence of dangerous uninsulated voltage within the product's housing. This voltage may
be of su cient magnitude to constitute a risk of electrocution.
This symbol is intended to alert the user that important instructions on the operation and maintenance (repair) of the device can be
found in the documentation.
WARNING : To prevent any risk of re or of electrical shock, do not expose the device to rain or moisture.

USE

This device is intended for household use only and not for
commercial or industrial use. Use this product only as indicated in
this manual.
This device must not be used by unsupervised children. Make sure
children do not play with the device.

ELECTRICAL POWER SUPPLY

To completely turn o this device, unplug it from the wall outlet.
Make sure the wall outlet is easily accessible so the device can be
quickly unplugged if necessary. Unplug the power cord in the event
of a storm or prolonged non-use.
This device must be plugged into a 100-240V ~ 50/60Hz electric
grid. It must be connected to a power grid pedestal with a grounded
connection.
If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, the after-sales service of the manufacturer, or
persons similarly quali ed to avoid any danger. Do not tie or bind
the power cord to any other cords. Make sure the power cord cannot
get stuck, pinched or crushed. When unplugging the device, pull on
the plug, not on the power cord.
The device is intended for use in temperate climates and only
indoors.

PROPER POSITIONING OF THE DEVICE

- Place the device on a at, rigid and stable surface, free from any
vibration.
- Do not place the device on a carpet or rug.

A television can fall, causing injury or death. Many injuries,

tablecloth or any other material between the television
and the furniture on which the television is placed.
Explain to children the dangers of climbing on furniture to
reach the television or its controls.
