CTR29 – Centralina per tapparelle e tende da sole (Rev. 1.2 - Settembre 2016)
Caratteristiche generali
La centralina CTR29 è adibita al comando di 1 motore asincrono monofase 230Vac destinato all'automazione di una tapparella o di una tenda
da sole. L'apparecchiatura elettronica contiene un radioricevitore a 2 canali che consente di comandare a distanza la tapparella a mezzo
radiocomando. Il canale 1 del ricevitore agisce da Start Apre o Start (in modo "Passo-Passo"), mentre il canale 2 agisce da Start Chiude o
Stop (in modo "Passo-Passo"). Il ricevitore può memorizzare sino a 100 codici diversi. È possibile indirizzare ciascun codice sul canale
desiderato. Il ricevitore può funzionare con radiocomandi a Codice Fisso o Rolling Code. Il tempo di funzionamento del motore è controllato da
un Timer digitale. Per un corretto funzionamento dell'automazione è necessario impostare il tempo di lavoro in modo tale che sia di poco
superiore (2 secondi minimo) al tempo effettivo di corsa della tapparella.
Programmazione
Impostazione tempo di lavoro
Il tempo di lavoro è il periodo in cui la centralina aziona il motore indipendentemente dall'intervento del Finecorsa. Porre temporaneamente
la scheda in modalità "Uomo Presente". Premere il pulsante Start Chiude o il corrispondente tasto sul radiocomando fino alla completa
chiusura della tapparella. Premere il tasto P3 finché il led DL1 non emette un breve lampeggio. Successivamente il Led DL1 si accende con
luce fissa e la tapparella si apre. A completa apertura, attendere qualche secondo dopodiché premere nuovamente il tasto P3. La tapparella
si arresta ed il Led si spegne.
Apprendimento codici radiocomando
Premere il tasto P1 una volta per inserire un codice Start Apre o Start (in modo "Passo-Passo"). Premere il tasto P1 due volte per inserire un
codice Start Chiude o Stop (in modo "Passo-Passo"). Ogni pressione del tasto P1 determina un lampeggio del Led. Dopo aver premuto 1 o 2
volte il tasto P1 (a seconda del canale selezionato), il Led si accenderà con luce fissa. In seguito premere il tasto sul radiocomando da
memorizzare ed il Led del ricevitore si spegnerà segnalando che il codice è stato memorizzato. In caso di mancato riconoscimento del codice
il led rimane acceso per 10 sec., dopodiché si spegnerà automaticamente (fine operazione). Ripetere l'operazione sopra descritta per ogni
codice radiocomando da inserire.
Cancellazione di un codice in memoria
Premere il tasto P2 sul ricevitore. Al rilascio del tasto il Led si accenderà con luce fissa. Premere il tasto da cancellare sul radiocomando e
verificare che si spenga il Led sul ricevitore. In caso di mancato riconoscimento del codice il led rimane acceso per 10 secondi, dopodiché si
spegnerà automaticamente (fine operazione).
Cancellazione di tutti i codici in memoria
Per cancellare tutti i codici telecomando presenti in memoria (svuotamento totale), mantenere premuto il tasto P2 sul ricevitore per 10 sec.
sino all'accensione per 1 sec. del led.
"Far Storing" - Procedura alternativa di inserimento codice (solo con radiocomandi Rolling Code)
Il ricevitore è predisposto all'autoapprendimento a distanza di SMARTY (programmati in Rolling Code) e ROLLY se ha almeno un codice
radiocomando già memorizzato. La procedura da seguire è la seguente:
a) Premere sul radiocomando nuov o da inserire il tasto desiderato per almeno 6 secondi, sino all'accensione del Led sul ricevitore.
b) Premere sul radiocomando già funzionante con il ricevitore il tasto operativo. Il Led sul ricevitore si spegnerà segnalando che il
nuovo telecomando è stato memorizzato.
In caso di mancato riconoscimento del codice il led rimane acceso per 5 sec., dopodiché si spegnerà automaticamente (fine operazione).
ATTENZIONE: Il ricevitore esce dalla fabbrica senza nessun modo di funzionamento preimpostato (Codice Fisso o Rolling Code). Il
primo radiocomando inserito determinerà il modo di funzionamento del ricevitore. Una volta stabilito il modo di funzionamento non
sarà più possibile modificarlo. L'unico modo per riportare il ricevitore alle condizioni iniziali è riprogrammarlo presso la sede di Leb.
Diagnostica di funzionamento
La ricevente è in grado di segnalare errori mediante il led DL1. Il numero di lampeggi discrimina il tipo di errore:
a) 5 lampeggi segnalano un mancato inserimento di un codice dovuto al raggiungimento del numero massimo di codici memorizzabili
(la ricevente contiene già 100 codici).
b) 3 lampeggi segnalano un mancato inserimento di un codice dovuto ad una errata selezione del canale ricevitore (il tasto P1 è stato
premuto più di 2 volte), oppure ad una mancata memorizzazione del tempo di lavoro (il tasto P3 è stato premuto più di una volta).
c) 2 lampeggi segnalano un mancato inserimento di un codice in quanto si tratta di codice clonato (operazione v ietata per codic i
Rolling).
d) 4 lampeggi segnalano che il radiocomando che si sta tentando di memorizzare non è compatibile con la scelta del modo di
funzionamento effettuata all'origine.
e) 6 lampeggi segnalano che la procedura di "far storing" è fallita in quanto è stato utilizzato un radiocomando non presente nella ricevente
Logiche di funzionamento
ATTENZIONE: La modifica della logica di funzionamento può essere effettuata solo dopo aver spento e riacceso la centralina.
Funzionamento con due comandi (Jumper JP1=aperto JP2= aperto)
Un comando di Start Apre o Start Chiude farà attivare il moto per il tempo di lavoro impostato. Un comando di Start Apre o Start Chiude a
corsa non ultimata arresta il moto.
Funzionamento con un solo comando - "Passo-Passo" (Jumper JP1=chiuso JP2= aperto)
Un comando di Start farà attivare il moto, un comando successivo arresta il moto, un ulteriore comando di Start farà invertire il moto (senso di
marcia). Un comando di Stop arresta il moto. Dopo uno Stop, un comando di Start farà attivare il moto in apertura. Il comando di Stop può
essere utilizzato per sincronizzare più tapparelle in un impianto centralizzato.
Funzionamento a "Uomo Presente" (Jumper JP1=aperto JP2= chiuso)
La tapparella si muove fintantoché il comando Start Apre o Start Chiude è attivo.
N.B.: Le funzioni di start apre e start chiude possono essere eseguite tramite due tasti del radiocomando.
Mancanza di energia elettrica
A seguito di un'assenza temporanea di energia elettrica, al ripristino la centralina ha la necessità di trovare una posizione iniziale di partenza.
Pertanto il primo comando di Start farà attivare il moto per il tempo di lavoro impostato e non sarà possibile interromperlo in alcun modo.

CTR29 – Control board for rolling shutters and awnings (Rev. 1.2 - September 2016)
General features
The board CTR29 is assigned to the control of 1 single-phase asynchronous motor 230Vac, allotted to the automation of a rolling shutter or an
awning. The electronic equipment contains a 2 channels radio receiver allowing remote controlling the rolling shutter through remote control.
The channel 1 of the receiver acts as Start Open or Start (in "Step-by-Step" mode), while the channel 2 acts as Start Close or Stop (in
"Step-by-Step" mode). The receiver can memorize up to 100 different codes. It is possible to direct each code on the required channel. The
receiver can work with Fixed Code or Rolling Code remote controls. The working time of the motor is controlled by a digital Timer. For a right
working of automation it is required to setup the work time so that it is a less more (2 sec. min.) than the actual time of rolling shutter stroke.
Programming
Work time setup
Work time is the time when the board sets in action the motor independently from Stroke end intervention. Put temporarily the card in "Man's
Presence". Press the button Start Close or the consistent key on the remote control until the full closing of the rolling shutter. Press the key P3
until the led DL1 issues a short flashing. Then the DL1 switches on with standing light and the rolling shutter opens. At full opening, wait for
some seconds and then press again the key P3. The shutter stops and the Led switches off.
Remote control codes learning
Press once the key P1 to enter a code Start Open or Start (in "Step-by-Step" mode). Press twice the key P1 to enter a code Start Close or
Stop (in "Step-by-Step" mode"). Each pressure of the key P1 causes a Led flashing. After having pressed 1 or 2 times the key P1 (according
to selected channel), the Led will switch on with standing light. Afterwards press the key on the remote control to be memorized and the
receiver's Led will switch off signalling that the code has been memorized. In case of failed recognition of the code the led remains switched on
for 10 sec., then it will automatically switch off (operation end). Repeat the operation above described for each remote control code to be
entered.
Cancellation of a memorized code
Press the key P2 on the receiver. At key release the Led will switch on with standing light. Press the key to be cancelled on the remote control
and check the Led on the receiver switches off. In case of failed recognition of the code the led remains switched on for 10 seconds, then it will
automatically switch off (operation end).
Cancellation of all memorized codes
To cancel all remote control codes in the memory (full emptying), keep the key P2 on the receiver pressed for 10 sec. until the led switching on
for 1 sec..
"Far Storing" - Alternative procedure of code entering (only with Rolling Code remote controls)
The receiver is pre-arranged for remote self-learning of SMARTY (programmed in Rolling Code) and ROLLY if it has got at least one remote
control code already memorized. The procedure to be taken is the following one:
a) Press on the new remote control to be entered the wished key for at least 6 seconds, until the Led switching on in the receiver.
b) Press on the remote c ontrol already working with the receiver the operating key. The Led on the receiv er will switch off signalling
that the new remote control has been memorized.
In case of failed recognition of the code the led remains switched on for 5 sec., then it will automatically switch off (operation end).
WARNING: The receiver comes from manufacture without any pre-set working mode (Fixed Code or Rolling Code). The first remote
control entered will establish the working mode of the receiver. Once the working mode has been established it is no more possible
to modify it. The sole way to bring back the receiver to original conditions is to program it again at Leb's premises.
Working diagnostics
The receiver can signal errors through the led DL1. The number of flashings discriminates error type:
a) 5 flashings repor t a failed entry of a code due to the reaching of maximum amount of codes to be memorized (the receiver
contains already 100 codes).
b) 3 flashings report a failed entr y of a code due to a wrong selection of receiv er channel (the key P1 was pressed more than 2
times), or a failed memorization of work time (the key P3 was pressed more than one time).
c) 2 flashings report a failed entr y of a code for it is a cloned code (forbidden operation for Rolling codes).
d) 4 flashings report that the remote control one is tr ying to memorize is inconsis tent with the choice of working mode originally
made.
e) 6 flashings report that the "far storing" procedure has failed because a remote control not in the receiver was used.
Working logics
WARNING: The change of working logic can be performed but after having switched off and switched on again the board.
Working with two controls (Jumper JP1=open JP2= open)
An order of Start Open or Start Close will start the motion for the set work time. An order of Start Open or Start Close at unfinished stroke
stops the motion.
Working with only one control - "Step-by-Step" (Jumper JP1=closed JP2= open)
A Start order will activate motion, a following order stops the motion, a further Start order will make movement (direction sense) reverse. A
Stop order stops the motion. After a Stop, a Start order will activate opening motion. The Stop control can be used to synchronize
more rolling shutters in a centralized plant.
Working with "Dead man" control (Jumper JP1=open JP2= closed)
The shutter moves while Start Open or Start Close control is working.
N.B.: Start open and start close functions can be executed by two keys of the remote control.
Electric power lack
Following to a temporary electric power lack, at recovery the board needs to find a departure starting position.
So the first Start control will activate the motion for the set work time and it will be impossible to stop it anyway.
