Deutsch 1 Sicherheit Über diese Anleitung • Diese Anleitung vor der Installation vollständig durchlesen. Die Nichtbeachtung dieser Anleitung kann zu schweren Verletzungen oder Schäden an der Pumpe führen. • Nach der Installation die Anleitung an den Endnutzer wei- tergeben. • Die Anleitung in der Nähe der Pumpe aufbewahren. Sie dient als Referenz bei späteren Problemen. -

Deutsch Elektrischer Strom Beim Umgang mit elektrischem Strom besteht die Gefahr eines elektrischen Schlags, deshalb: • Vor Beginn von Arbeiten an der Pumpe den Strom abschal- ten, Spannungsfreiheit feststellen und gegen Wiederein- schalten sichern. • Stromkabel nicht knicken, einklemmen oder mit Hitzequel- len in Berührung kommen lassen. -

Deutsch Lieferumfang • Pumpe • Wärmedämmschale • Dichtungsringe • Stecker beiliegend • Einbau- und Betriebsanleitung 3 Beschreibung und Funktion Bestimmungsmäße Verwendung Die Umwälzpumpen dieser Baureihe sind für Warmwasser- Heizungsanlagen und ähnliche Systeme mit ständig wech- selnden Förderströmen konzipiert. Zugelassene Fördermedien sind Heizungswasser nach VDI 2035, Wasser-Glykolgemische im Mischungsverhält- nis 1:1. -

Deutsch Funktionen Alle Funktionen lassen sich mit dem Bedienknopf einstel- len, aktivieren oder deaktivieren. Im Betriebsmodus wird die aktuelle Leistungsaufnahme in W angezeigt. Durch Verdrehen des Knopfes zeigt die LED die Förder- höhe in „m“, bzw. die Drehzahlstufe an. Regelungsarten Differenzdruck variabel (Δp-v): Die Pumpe reduziert die Förderhöhe bei sinkendem Volu- menstrom im Rohrnetz auf die Hälfte (Fig. - Page 14 Deutsch • Einbauort so vorbereiten, dass die Pumpe frei von mecha- nischen Spannungen montiert werden kann. Deutsch • Für Tropfwasserschutz und Zugentlastung an der PG-Ver- schraubung ist eine Anschlussleitung mit ausreichendem Außendurchmesser erforderlich (z.B. H05VV-F3G1,5). • Bei Einsatz der Pumpen in Anlagen mit Wassertemperatu- ren über 90°C eine entsprechend wärmebeständige Anschlussleitung verlegen. • Die Anschlussleitung so verlegen, dass in keinem Fall die Rohrleitung und/oder das Pumpen- und Motorgehäuse berührt werden. - Page 17 Deutsch Entlüften • Anlage sachgerecht füllen und entlüften. • Der Pumpenrotorraum entlüftet selbsttätig nach kurzer Betriebsdauer. English 3 Description and function Intended use The circulators in this series are designed for warm water heating systems and similar systems with constantly changing flows. The approved fluids are heating water in accordance with VDI 2035, and water/glycol mixture at a mixing ratio of 1:1. If glycol is added, the delivery data of the pump must be corrected according to the higher viscosity depending on the mixing ratio. -

English • The switching of the pump using triacs / solid-state relays must be tested on a case-by-case basis. CAUTION: Voltage pulsing during phase angle control or external control can cause damage to electronic components. • Only operate the pump with sinusoidal AC voltage as stated on the rating plate. -
