Assemble #38819 to #38816 using; (2) ¼-20 x 1-¾ bolts,
(2) nylock nuts, and (8) plastic washers. Place plastic washers
on the nut side and bolt head side, along with (2) plastic
washers between #38819 and #38816.

Assemble #38822 to #38821 using (1) ¼-20 x 1-1/2 bolts,
(1) nylock nut, and (1) washer (placed on nut side). Assemble
#38826 to #38825 using (1) ¼-20 x 1-1/2 bolts, (1) nylock nut,

and (1) washer (placed on nut side).
