Informations
The volume of spray varies depending on the indoor environment and the amount of water in the tank. Sometimes the diffuser seems no spray.
It can be normal due to temperature, airflow, etc.
Affected by external factors such as temperature and water quality, the volume of spray is few when the power is just on.
This diffuser has anti-dry tank function : when the water level is too low or there is no water in the tank, it will be automatically shut down, even
if the diffuser power is on.
Precautions
Do not dissemble the device while it is running, otherwise water will squirt out.
Please use pure water or mineral water. Do not use unidentified liquid or high concentration liquid to avoid malfunction.
The water in the tank should not exceed the maximum limit level, otherwise i twill not spray properly, nor spray out.
Do not tilt the diffuser body when there is the water inside, to avoid inner water leekage inhaled by the air port to conflict with inside body, which
will lead to diffuser damage or malfunction.
Do not touch the atomized sheet inside the water tank with your hands directly.
When draining, make sure that the air supply port is facing upwards to prevent the water from infiltrating through the air supply port and causing
malfunction.
When using the device under low temperature or heavy humidity, Condensation phenomenon will take place when spraying. Water droplets are
condensed on the outer case of the machine. It is normal, please wipe it off with a towel.
Regularly use a soft cloth to clean the inside of the tank. If the atomized sheet is dirty, it may cause malfunction. It is recommended to clean it
every 10 times usage.
When performing maintenance, please do remember to unplug the power adapter from the socket and the power is off.
It is recommanded to empty the water from the tank and clean it after each use of the diffuser.
Children under the age of 10 are not allowed to use the product alone.
Please add the water before using, don't start the diffuser when there is no water in the tank.
Simple troubleshooting
When the diffuser is not working, please confirm the following items :
1.
The diffuser does not start: Check if the power supply unit is correctly connected and confirm the connection status between the AC adapter and
the diffuser socket. In case, remove the DC plug from the outlet and reinsert it, then re-check.
2.
The diffuser disconnect after the power is turned on : When the diffuser tank is empty, it will automatically stop after pressing spray button. Please
confirm wether there is water in the tank or if there is insufficient water. Please fill water in the tank if necessary.
3.
No fog-spray or fog-spray is poor :
a.
Check if the atomized sheet is dirty ;
b.
Check if the water volume in the tank is insufficient or exceeds the MAX level. When it exceeds, the spray can not be performed properly,
please empty or fill in water until it can spray properly.
c.
Confirm that the main body case and the inner case are properly installed and firmly mounted. If the main body case and the inner case are
installed wrong, the generated spray can not reach the outlet normally.
d.
Check if the bottom suction port is dirty, which will decrease the airflow and cause spray problem.
e.
Due to air temperature, water temperature and the surroundings, sometimes it is difficult to see the spray. If you can hear the fan/motor, the
diffuser is working correctly.
4.
Water leakage :
a.
Check that the main body case and the inner case are properly installed and firmly mounted.
b.
When the main body case and the inner case shift, the spray cannot reach the outlet, lead to condensation phenomenon.
c.
Confirm wether the temperature is too low or too high. !in the state of low temperature or heavy humidity, the condensation may occur in the
spray.
