40804 CHROME HALF ROUND WALL RACK
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

6 x 'S' Hooks
Assembly
Remove all packaging and check contents.
The support arm on your 40804 wall rack can be used above or below
the rack.
If you are using the support arm above the frame simply place the hole at
either end over the bolt end protruding from the inside of the front of the
frame and use the enclosed nut to fix.
If you are using the support arm below the frame, first disassemble the
fixing at the front of the frame. Reassemble placing one end of the
support arm in between the black spacer and the inside of the rear
parallel bar. Don't forget to re-place the grid support hook on the inside of
the grid. You will not need the extra nut.
Place the rack against the wall to mark drilling points and use fixings
appropriate to your wall type and the expected loading of the rack.
Insert swivel hooks as required from above into the parallel bars.
IMPORTANT:
The maximum permissible load weight of this rack is 20kg / 44lbs.
Always try to evenly distribute the hanging of items; this will helps spread
the load.
