MONITOR USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
FUNCTIONS
SCAN:
automatically scans through all the functions displayed on the bottom line of the monitor.
TIME:
automatically accumulates the workout time when starting the exercise.
SPEED:
displays current speed during workout time.
DISTANCE: automatically accumulates the workout distance when starting the exercise.
CALORIE:
indicates calories burned during exercise
FUNCTION BUTTON
MODE: Press the Mode Button to select functions of time, speed and distance.
NOTE:
1.
If there is a possibility to see an improper display on the monitor, please replace the batteries to have a good result.
2.
The LCD Monitor requires two 1.5v "AA" batteries that are included in the shipping.
3.
The LCD Monitor automatically shuts off if no input signal is received within a 4-5 minute period.
4.
LCD Monitor will automatically begin displaying information when you start exercising, or if you press the Mode Button.

cumule automatiquement le temps d'utilisation durant la session d'exercices

affiche la vitesse actuelle

cumule automatiquement la distance pédalée
CALORIE:
indique les calories brûlées durant l'exercice
BOUTON DES FONCTIONS
MODE: Appuyez sur le bouton Mode pour sélectionner les fonctions de durée, vitesse et distance.
NOTE:
1.
Si l'affichage est incorrect, remplacez les piles.
2.
Le moniteur à affichage numérique nécessite 2 piles "AA" de 1.5 v (incluses).
3.
Le moniteur s'éteint automatiquement après une période de 4-5 minutes sans signal d'entrée.
4.
Le moniteur commence automatiquement à afficher les données quand vous commencez à pédaler ou que vous ap-
puyez sur le bouton Mode.
