VTT sound level sensor

1. Description
The VTT sound level sensor enables the measurement of an audible signal
or a sound intensity in dB(A). It includes an electret-condenser microphone
for sound recording.

2.1 Interfaces
This sensor works with the VTT
2.2 Connecting the sensor to the VTT
The sensor is connected using the connector located at the back of the box
of the VTT console or the front face of the ESAO Primo:
•
Place the sensor in line with the selected measurement channel.
•
Engage the sensor on the console guide.
•
Follow the guidance system of the VTT
•
Engage it fully.
It can then be used with VTT:
•
In stand-alone mode
or
Connected to a computer (an acquisition software such as Generis is then
required).
