MUST BE INSTALLED AND USED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ELECTRICAL CODES.
WARNING:
Turn circuit breaker OFF or remove fuse(s) and test that power is off.
CAUTION:
Use only copper wire with this device. Do not use with aluminum wire.
When installing these devices, a neutral wire is required for the outlet and pilot
light portions.
Break-off tab should be removed only when installing for separate feed
(2 circuit) operation.
TO INSTALL:
Strip wires to the length of strip gauge on the back of the switch.
Connect wires per appropriate wiring diagrams as follows:
To Use Wire Clamps: Insert stripped wire between the wire clamp and terminal
and tighten the screw to 12-14 inch – lbs. Wire clamps accept up to #12 AWG
copper wire
To Use Terminal Screws: Wrap stripped wires ¾ turn clockwise under heads of
screws and tighten the screws to 12-14 inch – lbs. Terminal screws accept up to
#12 AWG copper wire.
Attach wallplate and then restore power.
NOTE: For separate feed (2 circuit) operation only: The break-off tab located
between the black screws should be removed before wiring. Using a standard
slotted screwdriver, move the screwdriver up & down in the vertical direction
until the tab breaks off.

AVERTISSEMENT :
Coupez le courant au disjoncteur ou enlevez le ou les fusibles et contrôlez que le
courant est coupé.
ATTENTION :
Utilisez exclusivement des fils de cuivre sur cet appareil. N'utilisez pas de fils en
aluminium.
Pour câbler ces appareils, un fil de neutre est nécessaire pour la portion prise et
la portion voyant.
Enlever la languette d'interruption uniquement lorsqu'on câble pour deux
alimentations séparées (2 circuits).
INSTALLATION :
Dénudez les fils en suivant le calibre de dénudage situé à l'arrière de
l'interrupteur.
Raccordez les fils selon le schéma de câblage correspondant comme suit :
Si on utilise les vis étrier : enfilez le fil dénudé entre l'étrier et la borne et serrez
la vis au couple de 12-14 po – livres. Les vis étriers conviennent à du fil de cuivre
de calibre 12 AWG maximum
Si on utilise les vis de borne : Enroulez les fils dénudés sur 3/4 tour en sens
horaire sous les têtes des vis et serrez les vis au couple de 1,5 à 1,6 N-m (12-14 po
–livres). Les vis de borne conviennent à du fil de cuivre de calibre 12 AWG
maximum.
Fixez la plaque murale et remettez le courant.
Remarque : Pour utilisation sur circuits à alimentation séparée uniquement (2
circuits) : La languette d'interruption située entre les vis noires doit être enlevée
avant de câbler. A l'aide d'un tournevis plat ordinaire, déplacez la tournevis de
haut en bas dans le sens vertical jusqu'à ce que la languette casse.

DEBE INSTALARSE Y USARSE SEGÚN LOS CÓDIGOS ELÉCTRICOS.
ADVERTENCIA:
Desconecte el cortacircuito o quite el fusible o los fusibles y pruebe que no haya
corriente.
PRECAUCIÓN:
Use únicamente cables de cobre con este dispositivo. No use cables de aluminio.
Cuando instale estos dispositivos, se necesita un cable neutro para las porciones
del tomacorriente y de la luz piloto.
Debe quitarse la lengüeta desprendible sólo cuando se esté instalando para
funcionar con líneas de alimentación separadas (2 circuitos).
INSTALACIÓN:
Pele los cables a la longitud del calibre de desforre que se encuentra en la parte
trasera del interruptor.
Conecte los cables según los diagramas de cableado correspondientes y de la
manera siguiente:
Si usa los sujetadores de cables: Introduzca el cable pelado entre el sujetador
de cable y el terminal y luego apriete firmemente el tornillo a un par de torsión de
1,5 a 1,6 N-m (12-14 libras-pulgadas). Los sujetadores de cables aceptan cables
de cobre de hasta calibre 12.
Si usa los tornillos de terminal: Envuelva los cables pelados 3/4 de vuelta en el
sentido de las agujas del reloj por debajo de las cabezas de los tornillos y apriete
los tornillos a un par de torsión de 1,5 a 1,6 N-m (12-14 libras-pulgadas). Los
tornillos de terminal aceptan cables de cobre de hasta calibre 12.
Fije la placa de pared y luego restablezca la corriente.
NOTA: Sólo para funcionamiento con líneas de alimentación separadas (2 circuitos):
Debe quitarse la lengüeta desprendible ubicada entre los tornillos negros antes de
realizar el cableado. Con la ayuda de un destornillador de punta plana, mueva el
destornillador hacia arriba y hacia abajo hasta que la lengüeta se desprenda.
