REPLACING THE DIAPHRAGM(S)
• Remove the four screws from the bottom of the compressor, then
remove the top section of the compressor (Ex. 1).
• Remove the four screws from the diaphragm cover and detach by pulling
gently (Ex. 2).

• Remove the nut at the center of the diaphragm (Ex. 3).
• Remove the plastic disc and thin plastic washer (Ex. 4).
NOTE: Do not lose these components. Set aside for re-installation.
• Remove the old diaphragm (Ex. 5).
• Install the new diaphragm by reversing the process. Repeat for both sides
if needed.
REPLACING THE FILTER SPONGE
NOTE: The inlet air filter is located at the top of the compressor and
should be checked annually or if the compressor makes any abnormal
noises. If operating the unit in dusty conditions, check more frequently.
• Replace the filter sponge as needed to ensure maximum functionality.
• To inspect or replace the filter
sponge, pull on the filter cover to
remove (Ex. 6).
