Cutting of the original undertray
Fitting kit
- 1 metal plate holder SUP00
- 2 BHc 5x10 screws
- 2 M5 nuts
- 2 Ø5 plastic washers
- 1 large steel washer Ø20 thickness : 3mm
- 1 reflector holder SDC02
- 1 pair of blinkers n°27
Assembly
- Remove both saddles, the passenger handle and the rear fairing.
- Remove the original undertray and cut it as shown on the photos. Cut both fixations of the
undertray on the lock (see photo).
- Replace the undertray on the motorbike with its original fixations and the rear fairing.
- Place the lock on the provided part by inserting the large washer between the undertray and the
support fork. Fit the plate holder with the provided screws and nuts and then the blinkers.
- Position the undertray by placing it around the taillight and assemble it with both fixations of the
rear fairing.
- Refit the rear fairing, replace the passenger handle and connect the blinkers.
- Fix the number plate on its support.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical
data of our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Any deterioration of the parts due to the presence of any excessive load in the undertray will not be guaranteed.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made
with original tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
For a compliant mounting, refer to enclosed instructions.
