Important: Read all instructions before attempting installation
1. Turn off electrical power before starting installation of the light fixture.
2. This product must be installed in accordance with the applicable installation code by a person with the construction and operation of the
product and hazards involved.
3. Caution risk of fire. Consult a qualified electrician to ensure correct branch circuit conductor.
DO NOT INSTALL DAMAGED PRODUCT! This luminaire has been properly packed so that no parts should be damaged during
transit. Throughly inspect the fixture for any freight damage; freight damage should be reported to the delivery carrier and EEL.
For wet location compliance, fixture must be properly sealed. Apply silicone sealant (not provided) to seal around trim and
mounting surface. Failure to do such shall render the warranty null and void.
This device complies with part 15 of the FCC Rules.

FLUSH MOUNT
Bracket
1. Compress the two
clips and remove the
bracket from the fixture.
Fasten the bracket to
the J-box using the 3/4"
8-32 screws.
Compatibility
DIMMING
Dimming performance may depend on the dimmer, the dimmer range adjustment setting(for dimmers with brightness range
adjustments), the wiring method and/or the number of LED modules installed onto the dimmer circuit.
For dimmer selection, it is recommened to use one of the following dimmers:
Leviton Decora SureSlie-6672, 6631, 6674(Universa)

For best results, it is recommended to install a minimum of four LED modules onto one dimmer.
Before turning on the LED lights, set dimmer position at maximum before adjusting to a lower light level.
Please follow the dimming control manufacturers instructions for the installation, of all dimming controls.

3. Complete the installation by
pushing the fixture into the
mounting plate.
4. For wet location
compliance, seal the edge
of the fixture and ceiling
with waterproof silicone
sealant (not provided).
