4. Slide metal support bar back through the
changing table fabric. Re-attach plastic side
panels to each end of the metal support bar
by aligning the release button on each end
of the metal support bar to the holes on the
plastic side panels and push into place until your hear a 'click' .
a. Ensure metal support bar is locked into plastic panel by
gently pulling on it.
b. Re-attach the snap fasteners on the fabric to the plastic side
panels.
TO INSTALL CHANGING TABLE:
1. Place changing table on the top rails
of the playard ENSURING THAT IT IS
POSITIONED AT THE CENTER OF THE
PLAYARD AS SHOWN.

Remove this accessory when a child is in the playpen or
bassinet.
!
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Babies have suffocated while
sleeping on changing tables: changing table is NOT
designed for safe sleep.

DO NOT put a child to sleep or leave a sleeping child in or
on this accessory.
!
STRANGULATION HAZARD: Child can lift changing table
and get neck trapped between changing table and
playard frame. ALWAYS remove the changing table when
your child is in the playard.

DO NOT use this accessory for a child who has reached
6.8 kg (15 lbs).
!
This product is NOT intended to be used as a changing
table without this Harmony playard model. DO NOT use
on the floor, bed, counter or other surfaces.

Use of the product without playard may result in death or
serious injury to your child from falling.

ENSURE changing table is properly secured to playard
BEFORE EACH USE by holding the changing table plastic
side panels and pushing downwards.

ALWAYS remove the changing table when child is in the
