Advice on Using the Angle Grinder
Always use the auxiliary handle provided with the device. A well-controlled device greatly increases the
working precision.
In all cases, do not apply big pressure on the device. For the best results, only apply a slight pressure,
move slowly and hold the disc at an angle of 15° to 30°.
Only use wheels and discs suited for this angle grinder. Heavier discs can damage the spindle axle and
cause severe injuries.
Vibrating discs must be replaced immediately. Also, as a disc wears with use, the grinding efficiency will
reduce accordingly. Make sure to replace the disc when its diameter reaches 8 cm.
All abrasive discs are relatively fragile. Do not rough-handle them.
New discs should be cleaned with a brush prior using them. Always keep them dry and free from dust.
