Cleaning and Maintenance
WARNING

unplug the product before cleaning.
WARNING
Risk of electric shock! During cleaning do not
immerse the product in water or other liquids. Never hold the product
under running water.
Defrosting
Frost can be formed in the interior of the cooling compartment of the
product.
Defrosting the cooler prevents the cooling capacity being decreased or
objects being frozen on the inner surfaces of the cooling compartment.
To defrost, follow the below steps:
•
Empty the cooling compartment. If necessary, place the foods/
beverages in other refrigerator.
•
Remove the frost by wiping it off or melting it naturally by switching
the product off and opening the lid.
NOTICE
Never use hard or pointed tools to remove ice or to
loosen frozen objects, as this can damage the inner surfaces of the
compartment.
NOTICE
Do not empty the frost or water in the compartment by
turning the cooler over. Wipe the water with an absorbent cloth.
Cleaning
•
Empty the cooling compartment. If necessary, place the foods/
beverages in other refrigerator.
•
To clean the product, wipe with a soft, slightly moist cloth.
•
For stubborn stains or buildups, use a small amount of white
toothpaste and a soft brush.
•
Dry the product after cleaning.
•
Never use corrosive detergents, wire brushes, abrasive scourers,
metal or sharp utensils to clean the product.
