Disassembly and re-assembly should be done only according to the sectional drawing.
Remove consumable, guard and locking screw, flange and tensioning flange. Loosen bearing thread ring item 38,
output shaft item 30 completely with bearing item 32, pull out grease guard item 34 and bevel wheel and continue
disassembling. Loosen valve item 70 from angle motor housing item 1. Screw out cover item 26. Take the inner motor
parts completely out of the housing and continue disassembling. The inner parts become free, when the angle motor
housing is slightly hit on a wooden support.
Only, if necessary:
Loosen cap item 8, remove snap ring item 7 and locking pin item 5 with pressure spring item 6. The thread bushing
item 4 is glued in and remains in the housing.
Vanes are main wear parts and are recommended to be replaced in due time. They are considered to be worn when
the width is less than 9 mm.
Disassemble the inner parts removed for the replacement of the vanes. For this, pull the end plate item 20 with
bearing item 21, snap ring item 22 and spacer ring item 23 from the rotor and remove the cylinder bushing item 16.
Then the vanes item 19 can be checked, respectively replaced.
Loosen the bevel gear item 25.2. for replacing the end plate item 11 with bearing and spacer ring. Remove adjusting
washer item 24 and pull the complete end plate from the rotor.
Remove exhaust hose and air connection hose. Screw out connection (R ¼" female) with screen and take out
pressure spring and ball.
