*This changing table is intended for use with children weighing up to 30 pounds.
*This changing table is not intended to be used without a changing pad. Use of the
product without this may result in death or serious injury to your child from falling. Follow
all instructions on attaching and using the changing pad.
*Purchase a certified changing pad that meets the following dimensions to be used with
this unit: 32 inches long x 16-1/2 inches wide. This pad may be up to 1 inch thick.
*The supporting surface must be level, stable and structurally sound with a minimum
surface dimension or 35 inches x 18-1/2 inches.
*This unit should be inspected periodically for damaged or loose hardware and fasteners,
missing parts or sharp edges. DO NOT use this unit if any parts are missing or broken.
