Troubleshooting
Problem
The
trimmer
doesn't trim
sufficiently.
The
trimmer
doesn't
work.
The
trimmer
comb
or the
precision
head are
loose.

cause
The trimmer
comb or the
precision
head are
damaged.
The trimmer
comb or the
precision
head are
worn out.
The battery
has not been
inserted
correctly.
The battery is
low.
The trimmer
head or the
precision
head have
not been
properly
mounted on
the housing.
Solution
Replace the
trimmer comb
or the preci-
sion head with-
in the warranty
period.
Insert the
battery
properly
(see chapter
"Inserting the
battery").
Insert a new
battery (see
chapter
"Inserting the
battery").
Observe the
marks on the
precision head
and on the
housing when
mounting them.
Make sure that
the precision
head and the
trimmer comb
are securely in
place.
