Check battery
Check your power switch

earphone jack)
3. Check if the music file can be played by the
MP3 player.
Set correct language
1. Check if the USB cable properly connected
to your computer
2. Check if you have installed the driver (under
Windows 98)
3. Check if you have enough disk space to
download the music file
