Adjustment of the lumbar support
Slide the lumbar support post up or down
on the back of the backrest to adjust to the
desired position.

Adjustment of the resistance control
To increase the backrest resistance while
sitting, turn the knob on the right side
below the seat in a clockwise direction.
To loosen the resistance, turn this knob
counterclockwise.
