Q: Is the screen displaying the message "Waiting for connection" in the right-hand corner?
A: Check to see if the TX power supply (sender) and switch (if used) are connected, and make sure all
cables are securely attached.
Q: Is the screen displaying the message "Check TX input signal"?
A: 1.- Check if there is a TX HDMI signal input;
2.- Try connecting the signal source directly to the display device to see if there is a signal output from
the source device, or change the signal source, HDMI cable and try again.
Q: When playing a 4Kx2K source, is the screen blank, or not showing any content?
A: Check and make sure both the display and the HDMI cable are HDMI 2.0 compliant.
(Input cable length supported ≤5m (AWG24))
Q: The screen is not clear, is unstable?
A: 1.- Check the cable length between the TX and the switch, between the switch and the RX, and make
sure that the connection between each level is within the required range.
2.- Press the "reset" button on the TX/RX front panel, restart and reconnect.
