EVICE NSTALLATION
Note: Prior to installation ensure that all devices are powered off.
Transmitter:
1. Connect an HDMI video source to the HDMI IN port of the transmitter unit using a male to male HDMI cable.
2. Connect a Cat5e or Cat6 cable from the RJ45 port of the transmitter to the RJ45 port of the receiver.
3. Power on the unit.
Receiver:
1. Connect a display to the HDMI output port of the receiver unit using a male to male HDMI cable.
2. Power on the unit.
EDID Copy:
Ensure all device instructions are complete and all connections secure. If the display does not show video, press the EDID button on the
transmitter. The status light will flash Red to indicate that the EDID has been copied successfully.
EDID Reset:
To reset the EDID settings, press and hold the EDID button for 5 seconds. The EDID will be reset to the default settings.
Note: The quality of the output signal will depend largely upon the quality of the video source, cable, and display device used. Low-quality
cables degrade the output signal resulting in elevated noise levels. Use the proper cable and make sure the display device can handle the
resolution and refresh rate selected.
