CAUTION:
BLADE IS SHARP. HANDLE CAREFULLY.
Assembling Instructions
1. Remove all packing materials from
the Food Slicer.
2. Before assembling the Food Slicer,
wash the parts using the cleaning
instructions on page 6.
3. Place the Food Slicer on a flat,
horizontal, and hard surface so that
the appliance has good adhesion.
Attach feeder to the base of the unit.
(Fig. 1) Once feeder is attached,
attach food press to feeder. (Fig.2)

Operating the Food Slicer
1. Place the Food Slicer on a flat,
horizontal, and hard surface so that
the appliance has good adhesion.
Orient the slicer so that the back of
the slicer is facing your left.
2. Plug power cord into 120 VAC
electrical outlet.
3. To turn on the appliance, first push
the safety switch from the "LOCK"
position to "UNLOCK", then without
releasing the safety switch, press
down on the ON/OFF button. (Fig. 3)

4. To turn off the appliance, release
the ON/OFF button and safety
switch. The ON/OFF button and the
safety switch will return to the off
position automatically. The slicer will
stop within seconds.
5. Set desired slicing thickness by
turning the thickness adjustment
knob. (Fig. 4) The thickness
adjustment knob has slice thickness
settings from 0 to 22 millimeters.
Always return the thickness
adjustment knob to setting "—" after
use.
