OPERATING ISSUE
Sealer is not sealing.
Sealer light comes on but not sealing.
If the sealer is not sealing after being plugged in the
first time.
If the sealer stops sealing, but the sealing light still
comes on.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Adjust timer knob at end of sealer to higher setting.
Unplug unit. Remove metal plates and Teflon strip
to see if heating element needs to be replaced or
reattached.
The timer knob may be set too low.
1.
Check setting on timer knob at end of sealer.
2.
With the unit plugged in, turn timer clockwise to
raise setting and test.
3.
Continue to adjust setting and test until desired
seal is achieved.
The heating element may need to be replaced.
1.
Unplug unit.
2.
Remove metal plates and teflon strip to reveal
heating element (see photo).
3.
Carefully remove screw that holds the black
plastic protective cover in place.
4.
Starting near the hinge, remove heating element
one end at a time by gently pulling tension rods.
5.
Pull new element from included kit and place it
over tension rods starting near hinge (see photo).
6.
Replace screw, teflon strip and metal plates. Plug
in unit to test.
