Check the WLAN indicator on the handheld device for signal strength.

Below list is applicable when trying to discover a non-Axis camera with Onvif support.
•
The camera is set to dynamic IP-address but there is no DHCP server on the network.

Activate the onboard DHCP server on AXIS T8415.

The camera is set to dynamic IP-address and there is a DHCP server on the network.

Configure AXIS T8415 for dynamic IP address.
•
The camera have a fixed IP-address.

Configure AXIS T8415 to have an IP-address on the same range as the camera.
Reset to Factory Default
Important
• Reset to factory default should be used with caution. A reset to factory default will reset
all settings to the factory default values.
• Make sure the WLAN indcator is continuously lit before performing a factory reset.
To reset the product to the factory default settings:
1. Press and hold the Reset button for 10 seconds.
2. AXIS T8415 now re-starts with all values reset to factory default.
