- When cooling/warming process has been completed, the appliance emits 3 bips and
LCD screen displays "SANTE!".
- At the end of each selection list, "RETOUR" option allows you to return to the previous
list of options.
After cooling/warming process has been completed, the appliance cycles off during 3 min.
approximately, and then will automatically start the process to maintain the preset temperature:
- If the bottle is left in the unit over a period time, the appliance maintains the service
temperature.
- If the bottle is removed during few minutes, and then put back into, the appliance will
restart automatically to cool/warm.
CAUTION : Do not use warm function for plastic bottles.
- White wine bottle should be pre-cooled in a refrigerator before being put into the
appliance. If not, it will take more than 1h30-2h to cool the bottle. Also keep the bottle
closed.
- If you want to warm a bottle, particularly for the red wine, we advise you to open the
bottle to air the wine.
- For faster cooling/warming, it is recommended to use the insulation sleeve provided to
cover the upper part of the bottle.
- For wine bottles which are smaller than 90 mm, it is essential to use the insulation
sleeve.
- Unplug the appliance and clean it with a soft and damp cloth.
- Do not clean with abrasive cleaners e.g. souring powders, scouring pads, or any
abrasive products.
- Never immerse the appliance in water.
