HOW TO CHANGE BAKING PLATES :
If you have already used the appliance before, let it cool completely before changing plates.
- Open the appliance to the flat position.
- Press baking plates lock button (1) and take out baking plates (2).
- Put the plates underneath the brackets (3) and push down until it fits into place. (4)

Please note that each plate fits the cover or the base of the grill, they are
differentiated by the words "HAUT" = "UPPER" and "BAS" = "LOWER"
stamped on each plate.
The exit of fat must be situated on the right-hand corner of the plate if you are
facing the grill.
