• Information. Check player information and disk
space about your player.
• Format Device/Factory Settings. Format the device/
SD card or restore the player to factory default
settings. Note: Before formatting the device, please
backup the file so as not to lose any files.
Trouble Shooting
1. How to re-choose the language?
• Find the "Settings" icon on the home menu and tap it
to enter, then scroll down to the last menu.
Press"Factory settings"and select"Yes"to restore
the player to factory default settings. And then the
player will power on automatically and then you can
choose language again.
2. Can't turn on the player; the screen of player goes
blank/black; the player is crashed or has a firmware
bug.
