Fitting kit
- 2 fitting brackets
- 1 Ø5 set square
- 1 Ø5 threaded fastener
- 2 BHc 5x15 screws
- 2 Ø5 plastic washers
- 1 BHc 6x15 screw

Assembly
- Remove both fitting screws of belt protection to insert the 2 provided brackets as indicated on photo
1. Do not tighten completely.
- On the other side, remove the M6 nut that holds on the stop rubber of the swinging arm: replace it
by the threaded spacer. Fit the set square with the BHc 6x10 screw and place the threaded fastener as
shown on photo 2.
- Position the rear hugger by centring it in relation to the tyre (on the ABS model, unfasten the cable
to put the rear hugger). Fit the rear hugger thanks to the provided BHc screws and washers.
The scratch band must be placed between the rear hugger and the swinging arm on the exhaust pipe
side.
- Tighten with a torque wrench of 1,2 Kg/m² for ABS model. Stick the self-adhesive pad on the rear
hugger to hold the cable.
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of
our painting suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* A few tyres, faithful to ETRTO standards, may be in fact bigger and higher than dimensions engraved on the tyre (until + 10 mm). They may be not compatible with undertrays and rear huggers which we made with
original tyres and whose dimensions correspond to these ones engraved on tyre.
* Harden the rear shock absorber while drivings with load or on dented roads.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
