9 Cleaning

WARNING
Pull out the mains plug (4) every time
before cleaning the appliance. There is a

• The hand unit (7) must never be
immersed in water or other liquids!
In this case life threatening injuries
can result from electrical shock if
liquid residue comes in contact with
live parts when the appliance is in
operation.
• Clean the hand unit (7) only with a
damp cloth and if necessary with a
mild cleaning agent.
• You can wash the beater (6) or
kneading hook (5) under running
water or in the dishwasher.
• We recommend cleaning the
attachments immediately after use.
In this way, food residue is
eliminated and the possibility of a
buildup of bacteria is reduced.
