The term "power tool" in the warnings refers to your
mains-operated (corded) power tool or battery-oper-

The machine must not be damp
and must also not be operated in
damp suroundings.
Before each use of the unit, check the
cable and plug. If damage is detected, do
not use the unit. Have repairs performed
only by a qualified technician. Never
open the unit yourself.
Danger of burning: Caution! Applica-
tion nozzle and adhesive are hot. Do not
touch with fingers. Avoid any contact with
skin.
Supervise children. This will ensure that chil-
dren do not play with the glue gun.
Children or persons that, owing to their
physical, sensory or mental limitations or
to their lack of experience or knowledge,
are not capable of securely operating the
glue gun, may only use this glue gun
under supervision or after having been
instructed by a responsible person. Other-
wise, there is danger of operating errors and inju-
ries.
Before each use of the unit, check the glue
gun, cable and plug. If damage is
detected, do not use the glue gun. Never
open the glue gun yourself, and have
repairs carried out only by a qualified
repair person using only identical
replacement parts. Damaged glue guns,
cables and plugs increase the risk of an electric
shock.

is possible only when the operat-
ing and safety information are
read completely and the instruc-
tions contained therein are strictly

Safety Notes
When applying adhesives at elevated locations or
when working overhead, ensure that hot drops of
adhesive can not drip on yourself or other persons.
In case of burns, immediately hold wound under
cold water. Never remove larger adhesive squirts
without the help of a doctor.
Make sure that combustible objects are not within
the direct vicinity.
Pull the mains plug after using the unit and allow to
cool down before stowing away; the hot nozzle
can cause damage.
Always keep the connection cable out of the oper-
ating range of the unit. Always guide the cable to
the rear, away from the unit.
Keep children away from the unit. Do not leave the
unit unattended.
Do not drill into housing or attach rivets in order to
mark the unit. The double insulation is then no
longer ensured. Use stickers.
