Fitting kit
- 4 fitting brackets
- 3 BHc 5x20 screws
- 4 BHc 5x15 screws
- 4 Ø5 plastic washers

Assembly
- Place the fitting brackets as indicated on photos. Brackets n°1 and n°4
must be fitted on the screws of the intermediate casing : tighten them
later at the torque wrench of 24 n/m. Fit the bracket n°3 on the screw of
the lower casing (the closest of the oil filter) : tighten it later at the
torque wrench of 10 n/m.
- Place the silent blocks on the Ermax belly pan, into foreseen holes.
The metallic part is placed outside the belly pan. And add the steel
washer at the level of the bracket 4 as shown on the opposite photo :
between the bally pan and the bracket.
- Position the belly pan to well place fitting brackets. Assemble the 2 sides of the belly pan thanks to the central
part, the BHc 5x15 screws and the nylock nuts. Place washers between the screw and the belly pan not to
damage the painting.
- Place the remaining screws to fit the belly pan. Check that the belly pan is well clear of the exhaust pipes or all
other parts that may damage it. Tighten definitely casing screws at the torque wrench indicated above.
- Aluminium railings are one option. They take place at the air intakes with stick for windshield (polyurethane
stick).
* Painted and varnished parts are not guaranteed against high pressure steam washes or aggressive cleaning products which can damage them and unstuck the varnish. We advise moreover, according to the technical data of our painting
suppliers, to wait one month to obtain a complete polymerization of varnish.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* Belly pans will be neither retaken nor exchanged in case of rubbing during a "sports" driving, or during the clearing of pavements, uneven road surfaces ... The fitting of Ermax accessories is planned for a normal road use.
* Move hoses so that they do not fall inside the belly pans. Any deterioration due to flows of corrosive products is not guaranteed.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
