8. Place the Sous Vide or related containers
on a heat-safe surface or trivet, away from
counter edges.
9. The water level should not exceed the
"MAX" scale line of the stainless steel part.
10. Extreme caution must be used when
moving an appliance containing hot oil or
other hot liquids.
11. Never use deionized water with Inkbird
Sous Vide as it may damage the Sous Vide.
12. Don't try to clean or repair the appliance
when it is still plugged in.
13. Don't wrap flexible cables around the
appliance when it is still warm.
14. Always attach plug to appliance first,
then plug cord into the wall outlet. To
disconnect, turn any control to "off", then
remove plug from wall outlet.
15. Switch off the device when not in use.
16. Please disconnect the power as soon as
possible if the Sous Vide falls into the water,
do not put your hands into water when
plugged in. The Warranty does not include
water damage.
17. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or
instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance. Close
supervision is necessary when any appliance
is used by or near children.
