WARRANTY.

Duration of the guarantee period:
• 36 months, according to R.D. 7/2021 of April 27, which modifies the consolidated text of the
General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (*) and other complementary laws,
approved by R.D. 1/2007, of November 16.
• 12 months, for Companies or Professionals who use the product to carry out an activity for
profit.
(*) Royal Decree 1/2007. Article 3. General concept of consumer and user.
For the purposes of this rule..., consumers or users are natural persons who act for a purpose
unrelated to their commercial, business, trade or profession.
Limited warranty: Warranty obligates to manufacturer CEVIK S.A. to repair or replace, free of
charge, all components subjected to verified manufacturing defects. It will be CEVIK´s Technical
Service responsibility to repair/replace the components in a short period of time, according to
the internal commitments of service.
Warranty shall not include:
- Consumables.
- Cause damages to persons, other living entities and objects was subject to abuse, improper
use not conforming to product manual instructions, or environment conditions more severe
than those specified in the manual and specification.
Warranty expiration:
- After warranty period of 36/12 months, from the date of purchase.
- Instructions contained in this manual have not been observed.
- If an unsuitable or incorrect use of product has been confirmed.

ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION.

In accordance with the provisions of European Directive 2012/19/UE (RAEE)
and the national legislations this directive transposes, this product
must not be disposed together with household garbage. If the welding helmet
is not any longer in use it must be disposes of properly in accordance with the
established collection system at your area for this kind of product.
Waste separation of used product and packaging allows material recycling for
re-use. This process helps to avoid environmental pollution and reduce the
demand of raw materials.
