E1-, E3+ and E3-" buttons. After the "BEEP" acoustic signal,
the letters "Po" will appear on the Timer display, while the "E1"
and "E3" displays will show existing hob power. Press the "E1-
" or "E1+" buttons on the "E1" and "E3" display, all possible
levels the hob can be set at will appear in sequence.

Operation: Every time one wants to increase the power level
of a zone, the system automatically calculates total power.
Once the maximum allowed power level that can be set is
reached, the display in the zone being used shows the letter
"r" after which it automatically sets the lower power level
allowed. It is possible to use multiple zones at the same time,
keeping the respective levels so that total power does not
exceed what is allowed.
Key Function (Fig.2B - Fig.3B):
To prevent children or people- requiring supervision- from
using the cooktop, all functions can be blocked with the
"B" button.
- To activate or deactivate, press the "B" button for
approximately 2 seconds. The function is activated when the
"B1" indicator is turned on.
- If the appliance is on and the key function is activated, the
"A" button works in the same way.
- If the hob us shut off with the key function active, the next
time it is started the hob will have the same engaged therefore,
deactivate the key function "B".
- It is possible to activate the key function even is if the hob is
shut off, using the key button "B".
- The "B" key function activates automatically every time that
power is take away, in order to use the hob at that point it is
necessary to deactivate it.
Booster (Fig.2 - Fig.3):
Depending on the appliance model, it may be fitted with a
Booster system which can be used to speed up cooking times
through the application of a power level which is greater than
the nominal value, within a defined period of time.
The heating plates equipped with this function are labelled
with the word "Booster".
In order to activate it bring the power level to 9, then press the
"+" button. The letter "P" will appear on the display.
If the "+" button is pressed once again within the period the
function is active, an acoustic signal is given as a warning.
This function lasts about 10 minutes, at the end of which
cooking continues at level 9.
The "Booster" can be activated on all zones.
To interrupt the "Booster" function, before the established
time (about 10 minutes), select the desired zone and press the
"-" button, cooking will continue at the desired power level.
All these operations will be accompanied by a "BEEP" acoustic
signal.
O.S.D. (Overflow Safety Device) (Fig.2 - Fig.3):
The cooktop has a safety system that turns all the plates OFF
and activates the safety lock if any liquid or objects are found
on the control area.
The cooktop goes off automatically.

Magnetic detector (Fig.2 - Fig.3):
The hob is equipped with a detector for pans, when they are
removed or unsuitable, the " " symbol appears alternate
with the set power level.
Maintenance (Fig.6):
Remove any residues of food and drops of grease from
the cooking surface using the special scraper supplied on
request.
Clean the heated area as thoroughly as possible using SIDOL,
STAHLFIX or similar products and a cloth/paper, then rinse
with water and dry with a clean cloth.
Using the special scraper (optional) immediately remove
any fragments of aluminium and plastic material that have
unintentionally melted on the heated cooking area or residues
of sugar or food with a high sugar content. In this way, any
damage to the cooktop surface is prevented.
Under no circumstances use abrasive sponges or irritating
chemical detergents such as oven sprays or stain removers.
