SIM-AIO ALL-IN-ONE SIM CARD CUTTER

Intended use
This product is designed to cut mini SIM cards into smaller SIM card formats. To cut a mini SIM
card into a nano SIM card, the card must be cut twice.
This product is intended for indoor use only. Do not use it outdoors. Contact with moisture (e.g.
in bathrooms) must be avoided under all circumstances.
For safety reasons, you must not rebuild and/or modify this product. Using the product for
purposes other than those described above may damage the product. In addition, improper use
can cause safety hazards. Read the instructions carefully and store them in a safe place. Make
this product available to third parties only together with its operating instructions.

a) General information
• The product is not a toy. Keep it out of the reach of children and pets.
• Do not leave packaging material lying around carelessly, as it may become
dangerous playing material for children.
• Protect the product from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, strong jolts, high
humidity, moisture, flammable gases, vapours and solvents.
• Do not place the product under any mechanical stress.
• If it is no longer possible to operate the product safely, stop using it and prevent
unauthorized use. Safe operation can no longer be guaranteed if the product:
- is visibly damaged,
- is no longer working properly,
- has been stored for extended periods in poor ambient conditions or
- has been mishandled during transport.
• Always handle the product carefully. Jolts, impacts or a fall even from a low height
may damage the product.
• Consult a technician if you are not sure how to use or connect the product.
• Maintenance, modifications and repairs must be done by a technician or a
specialist repair centre.
• If you have questions which remain unanswered by these operating instructions,
contact our technical support service or other technical personnel.
Operation
• You can use the SIM card cutter to cut a mini SIM card into a micro SIM card or a micro SIM
card into a nano SIM card. To cut a mini SIM card into a nano SIM card, cut the card into
micro SIM format, and then place the micro SIM into the SIM card cutter and cut it into nano
format.
• Remove all dirt and residual pieces before placing a card into the cutter. Do not insert other
objects into the cutter.
• Slide the SIM card into the cutter. Ensure that the card is inserted in the correct orientation.
• Before cutting the card, use the window on the bottom of the cutter to check that the card is
in the correct position. Exercise caution to avoid damaging the card. Hold the card in position
by gently pressing on the lever (do not cut the card).
Cards that are cut incorrectly (especially nano SIM cards) may cause a short circuit
in your phone.
• Place the card cutter on a firm, level surface.
• Punch the SIM card with a uniform, linear force. Do not attempt to cut the SIM card when
the card cutter is not on a solid surface, otherwise the card may slide out of position and be
damaged.
Trim the edges of the card with a file or sharp knife. If the SIM card contacts are
designed to reach the edge of the card, remove the material around the contacts
until there is a layer of non-conductive material. Protruding contacts can cause short
circuits in metal SIM card slots.
Tips and other information
• Non pre-cut SIM cards are 0.09 mm thicker than standard nano SIM cards. As a result, these
cards may get caught in the SIM card slot, or the SIM card contacts may be damaged when
the card is inserted.
• Never attempt to cut more than one SIM card at the same time. The SIM card cutter is
designed to accommodate a maximum of one SIM card.
• If you require a larger SIM card, do not attempt to reassemble the smaller SIM into the plastic
cut-out.
• Reassembled SIM cards may fall out and become trapped in your device. If you require a
larger SIM card, use a suitable adapter that will hold the SIM card in place.
• Do not use the card cutter to cut fingernails or other materials such as metal sheets. Do not
use cutting oils or lubricants.
• Do not attempt to hammer, sand or file the cutting blades.

• Never use aggressive detergents, rubbing alcohol or other chemical solutions, as these may
damage the casing or cause the product to malfunction.
• Use a dry, lint-free cloth to clean the product.
• Do not use the card cutter if the blades are blunt or rusty.
Disposal
At the end of its service life, dispose of the product according to the relevant
statutory regulations.
