The temperature of the food before
cooking should be 20–25°C. With a
higher or lower start temperature the
cooking time must be adjusted.
The cooking time is affected by the
temperature, weight and shape of the
food. The values in the table are for
guidance. Adjust the cooking time to the
actual occasion.
CHILD LOCK
This function is used to lock the control panel
when cleaning, or so that children cannot use
the product without supervision. All buttons
are deactivated when the childlock is activated.
Locking: Press the Pause/Cancel button
for about 3 seconds.
Unlocking: Press the Pause/Cancel button
for about 3 seconds.
UTENSILS
Only use utensils approved for use in a
microwave oven. Utensils of heat-resistant
ceramic, glass or plastic can usually be used in
microwave ovens.
NOTE:
Do not use metal utensils – risk of sparking.

Positioning
Place the food uniformly distributed, with
thicker parts nearest the edge of the utensil
and thinner pieces towards the middle.
If possible, avoid overlapping.
Cooking time
Try a short cooking time first, and then increase
if necessary. Cooking for too long can cause the
food to smoke or get burned.
Uniform cooking
Food such as poultry, minced meat steaks
or whole meat should be turned during
the cooking.
Some food should be stirred, from the
edge of the utensil towards the middle,
one or several times during the cooking.
Stand time
Leave the food to stand in the appliance
for a short while after cooking to equalise
the temperature.
Not for cooking
meat, the high
temperature can
cause the plastic
film to melt.
Do not use
metal utensils in
the appliance.
Microwaves cannot
penetrate metal.
