When you contact the service center, please provide the following
informations:
Model No. and the serial No. of the UPS.
The date when the problem arose.
Complete description of the problem, including the LED
display, alarm warning, power condition and load capacity.
If your UPS is a long backup time model ("S" version), you
may also need to provide the service center with battery
information.
