9 Manufacturer's warranty
The manufacturer's warranty is 3 years. In addition to this parts warranty, we also provide a labor warranty, which is only included in
the case of returns to our workshops. If a return of the heat pump is requested by the manufacturer, the transport costs for the return
to the workshop are at the customer's expense and the cost of the return to the customer's premises are at the manufacturer's expense.
This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of any other implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and of any
other express or implied warranty. The remedies provided in this warranty are exclusive and constitute the sole obligation of
Warmpac and any other representation made by any person shall be of no consequence.
10 Safety advice
Do not touch the fan while it is running, as this could cause injury. The unit should be kept away
from children,
Regularly check the power supply and the connection cables of your heat pump. If you have any
doubts, contact your installer,
In the event of a service call, you must use the manufacturer's original parts.
The environment around the heat pump must always be clean, properly ventilated and free of any elements that could
negatively influence the performance of the unit.
Drain all water from the hydraulic system to limit freezing.
Do not place the unit near a source of heat or flammable materials as the unit contains a refrigerant gas that can
result in an explosion if brought into contact with a source of heat or flammable materials. Do not smoke near the unit.
When electrical components are replaced, they must be suitable for the intended use and to the correct specifications.
The manufacturer's maintenance and service instructions must be followed at all times. If in doubt, consult the
manufacturer's technical service department for assistance.
The following controls should be applied to installations using flammable refrigerants:
Charge size is consistent with the size of the room in which the refrigerant-containing parts are installed;
Machinery and ventilation outlets are functioning properly and are not obstructed; If an indirect refrigerant circuit is
used, the secondary circuit must be checked for the presence of refrigerant; Markings on equipment must remain
visible and legible. Markings and signs that are illegible must be corrected;
Refrigerant pipes or components are installed in a position where they are not likely to be exposed to any substance
that could corrode the refrigerant-containing components, unless the components are constructed of inherently
corrosion-resistant materials or are adequately protected against such corrosion.
Have your heat pump inspected regularly by an authorized installer.
At the end of its service life, this appliance and the gas it contains must be recycled, please contact your dealer.
