8 Troubleshooting guide

Fault
The device cannot be
operated; shows no
response
The device is not
connecting to the
selected Wi-Fi network
The desired Wi-Fi network is
not found
Bluetooth pairing does not
work
The picture on the tablet
does not appear on the
attached TV
The MicroSD card is not
recognised
Possible cause
The device is blocked
The password was entered
incorrectly
The Wi-Fi router is blocking
unknown devices
The SSID of the Wi-Fi
network is switched off
The Wi-Fi network is too far
away / the reception is too
weak
The visibility of the other
device is switched off
The password was not
entered correctly or the
query was not confirmed in
time
The device is too far away
The HDMI output is not
activated
An HDMI resolution which is
not supported by the TV was
selected
The MicroSD card is
defective
The MicroSD card is
formatted for the wrong file
system

Solution
Press the Reset button
briefly to restart the tablet
(see p.2 #11 or p.3 #5)
Correct entry of the
password
Check the settings in the
router
Check the settings in the
router
Reduce distance to the Wi-Fi
router or a repeater
Switch on the visibility of the
device
Repeat the pairing
Reduce the distance
Activate the HDMI output

Change the HDMI resolution

Use another MicroSD card
