INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE, MAINTENANCE, AND
VIVOG D2700 (2600 WATTS)

BEFORE USING THE MACHINE
Important: please follow the guidelines for use
VIVOG
The
D2700
exclusively for use with dogs and cats. It is fitted with a 2-
position 30° or 75° heater controlled with a 3-way switch (30° -
AR – 75°). The airflow is also controlled with a 3-way switch (1-
AR-2) and a regulator (air flow of 10 metres / second to 54
metres / second). The heater only works when the motor is
turning. The VIVOG dryer-blaster is very powerful (max 2,600
W). Since the use of pulsed air is very different to that of
ventilated air, it is not advisable to use the device continuously
for more than 15 minutes. The heater is controlled by a switch so
that you adjust the temperature of the air outlet as a function of
air flow and room temperature. It is supplied with 1 long flexible
and extendible hose with quarter-turn system for quick and easy
connection of the hose, the end of the hose is insulated for
improved hole. Hold the end of the ait outlet tube at a sufficient
distance from the animal without staying in the same place on
the animal for more than ten seconds. To obtain the best results
when styling, it is advisable to brush the fur with a soft brush
without touching the skin.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before turning on your blaster-dryer please read and follow these
instructions carefully. Check that the voltage indicated on the
blaster-dryer corresponds to your electrical supply. Your
electrical supply should meet current safety standards and be
fitted with a 30 mA circuit breaker.
- Never submerge the blaster-dryer in water and never use in wet
places.
- Never use the blaster-dryer near a bathtub, shower, or
recipients that contain liquids; if the blaster-dryer fall into water
and they are connected to the power supply, unplug the power
supply before picking up the blaster-dryer.
- Never use the blaster-dryer if they are dropped into water: take
the blaster-dryer to the VIVOG technical assistance centre for
inspection and repair if necessary:

- If the blaster-dryer stop working or do not work correctly, turn
them off and do not open them. Repairs should only be
performed at the VIVOG technical assistance centre.
- If the power cable is damaged, it should be discarded and
replaced with an identical model.
- Never use the blaster-dryer with wet hands and/or feet.
- Never use the blaster-dryer barefoot.
- Never use the extension lead in rooms that are destined for
bathing or showering without taking specific precautions.
- Never pull the power cable or the blaster-dryer to unplug it
from the power socket.
- Never allow children or unskilled persons to use the blaster-
dryer without supervision.
- Never use the blaster-dryer for anything other than the purpose
for which it is designed.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Follow the instructions for use, safety, and maintenance:
- The device should not be opened under any circumstances, do
not insert any thin or pointed objects such as a screwdriver into
the device.
- Before cleaning, the device should be unplugged from the
power source.
- Particular care should be paid to the air inlet (this should be
designed
vacuumed before each use using a dust vacuum). Once a week,
wash the filter with water (water + soap) to rid it of any dust that
could impede correct operation. To do this, unscrew the filter
holder, wash the filter, dry it, and then replace it.
At least once a year, it is advisable to send your Dryer-blaster to
the after sales service (ASS) of VIVOG for servicing and
complete cleaning of the motor and heating elements.
If you follow these guidelines, you will increase the lifespan of
your device and avoid faults.
PROBLEMS AND CAUSES OF POSSIBLE FAILURES
The dryer does not work:
1) Check the 220/240 V power supply at the plug.
2) The cable, switch, motor, or other is defective: send the dryer
back to the ASS of VIVOG for repair.
- The dryer only heats intermittently:
1) The safety device of the heater is on: check that the filter is
clean.
2) The heater does not work properly: get it changed by the ASS
of VIVOG.

FREE-STANDING INSTALLATION
- Unscrew the safety plates on the
base then position the dryer.
- Block the feet of the dryer using
the safety plates and wing nuts
provided.
- Unscrew the butterfly wheel from
the foot pole.
- Place the pole on the 4-foot stand with wheels. Re-screw the
wheel and tighten.
- Place the dryer-blaster on its stand.
The blaster-dryer is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from
the date of purchase, the guarantee terminates at this time even if
the blaster-dryer have not been used. It is therefore advisable to
keep the proof of purchase (receipt and original packaging).
The guarantee is applicable for normal conditions of use and not
intensive, with regular maintenance of all parts.
The guarantee covers all mechanical and electrical manufacturing
defects. The replacement or repairs of parts that are subject to
normal wear, such as the power cable, are therefore excluded.
Any repairs made during the guarantee period do not result in a
prolongation of the latter.
The guarantee is not valid if the machine has been opened or
damaged as a result of negligence, inexperience, or during
transport. The replacements or repairs covered by the guarantee
are free of charge by sending the machine directly, in its original
packaging, with proof of purchase to:
