INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE, MAINTENANCE, AND
VIVOG EQ10065 (2200 WATTS)
Dryer with wall mounted support
PLEASE READ THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
BEFORE USING THE MACHINE
Important: please follow the guidelines for use
The VIVOG EQ10065 dryer-blaster has been designed
exclusively for use with dogs and cats. It is equipped with a
temperature regulator (from 20° to 99°C), a speed regulator, and
digital controls. The Star Universal dryer-blaster is very
powerful (2,200 W). Hold the end of the air outlet tube at a
sufficient distance from the animal without staying in the
same place on the animal for more than ten seconds. To
obtain the best results when styling, it is advisable to brush the
fur with a soft brush without touching the skin.

ASSEMBLY OF THE WALL MOUNTED SUPPORT

The height of the room
should be at least 2.40
metres, the base of the
supporting arm (7)
should be affixed 1.90
metres from the ground
(see diagram) and 30
cm from the ceiling.
- Prepare the drill bits and the adjustable spanner
- Drill the holes at the chosen spot, respecting the
distances indicated above.
- Place the screws, washers, and nuts and fix firmly to
the wall.
- Insert the wall-mounted support (3), then fix firmly.
- Pull the metal ring of the wall-mounted support
upwards and fix the dryer in place. Re-position the metal
ring and tighten the ensemble using the fixation screw -
The assembly is complete.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Before turning on your dryer please read and follow these instructions
carefully. Check that the voltage indicated on the dryer corresponds to
your electrical supply. Your electrical supply should meet current safety
standards and be fitted with a 30 mA circuit breaker.
- Never submerge the dryer in water and never use in wet places.
- Never use the dryer near a bathtub, shower, or recipients that contain
liquids; if the dryer fall into water and they are connected to the power
supply, unplug the power supply before picking up the blaster-dryer.
- Never use the dryer if they are dropped into water: take the dryer to the
STAR UNIVERSAL technical assistance centre for inspection and
repair if necessary:

SAFETY - If the dryer stop working or do not work correctly, turn them off and
do not open them. Repairs should only be performed at the
VIVOG technical assistance centre.
- If the power cable is damaged, it should be discarded and replaced with
an identical model.
- Never use the dryer with wet hands and/or feet.
- Never use the dryer barefoot.
- Never use the extension lead in rooms that are destined for bathing or
showering without taking specific precautions.
- Never pull the power cable or the dryer to unplug it from the power
socket.
- Never allow children or unskilled persons to use the dryer without
supervision.
- Never use the dryer for anything other than the purpose for which it is
designed.
- This machine is not designed to be used by people (including children)
whose physical, sensory, or mental capacities are reduced, or by anyone
without the necessary skills or knowledge, unless they are specifically
monitored or have been instructed in the use of the machine by
somebody responsible for their safety"
- Children should be monitored to ensure that they do not play with the
machine.
NEVER OPEN THE MACHINE
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Follow the instructions for use, safety, and maintenance:
- The device should not be opened under any circumstances, do
not insert any thin or pointed objects such as a screwdriver into
the device.
- Before cleaning, the device should be unplugged from the
power source.
- Particular care should be paid to the air inlet (this should be
vacuumed before each use using a dust vacuum). Once a week,
wash the filter with water (water + soap) to rid it of any dust that
could impede correct operation. To do this, unscrew the filter
holder, wash the filter, dry it, and then replace it.
At least once a year, it is advisable to send your Dryer-blaster to
the after sales service (ASS) of VIVOG for servicing and
complete cleaning of the motor and heating elements.
If you follow these guidelines, you will increase the lifespan of
your device and avoid faults.

GUARANTEE
The dryer is guaranteed for a period of 12 months from the date of
purchase, the guarantee terminates at this time even if the dryer have not
been used. It is therefore advisable to keep the proof of purchase (receipt
and original packaging).
The guarantee is applicable for normal conditions of use and not
intensive, with regular maintenance of all parts.
The guarantee covers all mechanical and electrical manufacturing
defects.
The replacement or repairs of parts that are subject to normal wear, such
as the power cable, are therefore excluded.
Any repairs made during the guarantee period do not result in a
prolongation of the latter.
The guarantee is not valid if the machine has been opened or damaged as
a result of negligence, inexperience, or during transport.
The replacements or repairs covered by the guarantee are free of charge
by sending the machine directly, in its original packaging, with proof of
purchase to:
