Flashlight:
The device can be used as flashlight by keeping pressed the lateral located switch. By releasing the switch the
light is turned off again ➌.
Batteries:
The device is equipped with two AAA micro-batteries (1,5 V). For replacing the batteries, the screw / located at
the back of the LARYVOX
Alarm has to be removed ➍. The new batteries then can be inserted in the battery-
®
pocket ➎. Pay atten tion to the correct polarity of the batteries. For closing the battery-pocket the screw is
screwed up tightly again ➏.
V. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION
1. Cleaning
Wipe the housing of the LARYVOX
ALARM carefully with a moist cloth.
®
A mild, pH-neutral washing lotion can be used for cleaning.
2. Disinfection
Disinfection can be performed by wiping, using commercial alcohol-based surface disinfectants (for example
Sagrotan). Use a soft, lint-free cloth for cleaning.
