Fixing kit
- 4 Ø5 rubber inserts
- 4 Ø5 plastic washers
- 4 screws BHc 6×30 big head
Fitting instructions
- Unscrew the 4 screws which secure the nose fairing, at locations shown here below :
- Put in place the Ermax support over the nose fairing, then fix it with the 4 BHc 6×30 screws.
- Put in place the Ø5 rubber inserts on the Ermax support in the 4 holes foreseen for that.
In red, the screws BHc 6×30 and Ø6 plastic washers for the fixing of the ABS support.
In yellow, the location of the Ø5 rubber inserts for the fixing of the nose screen.
- Position the Ermax nose screen, then fix it with the 4 screws BHC Ø5×20 and 4 Ø5 plastic washers. Check the
nose screen is well positioned before final tightening.
* Accessories gone up on the motorbike will not be any more considered as new and will be neither retaken nor exchanged.
* Ermax accessories are foreseen for original equipments. They will not be guaranteed if they are used in others conditions.
* Due to vehicles made tolerances, beyond our control, some Ermax products might need adjustings to fit.
* The mentioned label of motorbikes's manufacturers are indicated exclusively as a reference to Ermax accessories.
* Screens damaged by an inadequat washing are not guaranteed (abrasive, corrosive ... products, solvent, thinner, benzine ...). Wash immediately brake or battery fluid which may flow on accessories.
* Care to excessive clampings which may damage or break our plastic accessories and aluminium screws.
