CONTROL OPERATIONS AND
FUNCTIONS
POWER SUPPLY
This unit is designed to operate on AC mains
supply
AC OPERATION
Insert one end of the AC power cord in to AC
SOCKET (7) of the set and the other end into
an AC wall oulet.
For dual voltage version,make sure that the
VOLTAGE SELECTOR (8) is switched to your
local voltage
AUX IN JACK
Any signal can be input through the AUX IN
JACK (size 3.5mm), and this set the function
as a power amplifier.
1. Set the FUNCTION SWITCH ( 4) and
MODE button(17) to AUX position.
2. Insert the plug of the audio line cable
which is available in most audio stores
into the AUX IN input jack, and the other
small connector into the Line Out jacks
of signal source (other CD/MP3 player,
recorder etc).
3. Press Play button of the signal source to
start playback.
RADIO OPERATION
1. Rotate the ON/OFF VOLUME CONTROL
to turn on the unit and set the FUNCTION
SWITCH (4) to the desired band position.
2. Tune the TUNNING KNOB (3) to the
desired broadcast station.
3. Adjust VOLUME CONTROL (2) to the
desired level.
4. Extend TELESCOPIC ANTENNA (6) to full
extent if you are tuning FM broadcasting.
5. A built-in directional antenna to receive a
signal for AM. The best place to locate the
unit is near the window, and change the
direction for best reception.
PRECAUTION AND MAINTENANCE
1. Avoid placing this unit near sources of
high temperature such as fireplace or
sunlight for long time as this may result in
damages to plastic housing or electrical
parts inside the unit.
2. There are no serviceable parts inside
the unit. Therefore, do not open the back
cover of the unit. In case of any defect
or repair of unit, please refer to qualified
service center.
PLAYBACK FROM USB/SD
1. Select USB/SD mode using FUNCT ION
SELECTOR (4).
2. Insert the USB/SD device's plug into
the USB/SD PORT. The unit will start
reading the device automatically after the
connection.
3. The first track will start playback. The LED
SD / USB (18)/(11) will Light up and PLAY
LED flashes when playback.
4. Press PREV/NEXT (13)/(15), to select
your favorite song . If you hold PREV /
NEXT (13)/(15), the playing track will go
fast backward or forward until you release
the button.
5. Press PLAY/PAUSE BUTTON (14). The
unit will stop playback. Press PLAY/
PAUSE BUTTON (14) again to resume the
playback.
6. Press STOP BUTTON (12) to stop the
playback.
Note: If both USB and SD devices are
inserted, you need to press MODE BUT TON
(17) to select between them.

REPEAT MODE
During playback, repeatedly press REPEAT
BUTTON (16) to select:
Repeat 1: The current track is played
repeatedly The PLAY LED flashes quickly.
Repeat All: All tracks in USB and SD are
played repeatedly.
Normal mode: The tracks are played in
classic order.
CAUTION
•
The apparatus shall not be exposed to
dripping or splashing and that no objects
filled with liquids, such as vases, shall be
placed on the apparatus.
•
Minimum distances around the apparatus
for sufficient ventilation.
•
The ventilation should not be impeded
by covering the ventilation openings with
items, such as newspapers, table-cloths,
curtains, etc.
