• Zdemontować zderzak oraz plastikową osłonę z lewej strony.
• Odkręcić ucho holownicze oraz metalowe wzmocnienie zderzaka.
• Odkręcić tłumik oraz osłonę termiczną.
• Elementy haka C i D przykręcić do podłużnic w technologiczne otwory z nakrętkami,
śrubami M12x40x1,25 (pkt 2).
• W podłużnice wsunąć płaskowniki z nakrętkami i poprzez technologiczne
otwory w podłużnicach przykręcić śrubami M10x35 8.8 (pkt 4).
• Do elementów haka C i D przykręcić belkę haka A śrubami M12x35 8.8 (pkt 1).
• Dokręcić wszystkie śruby z momentem jak w tabeli.
• Przykręcić osłonę termiczną oraz tłumik.
• Przykręcić metalowe wzmocnienie zderzaka oraz zderzak.
• Przykręcić plastikową osłonę po wycięciu jej fragmentu.
• Podłączyć instalację elektryczną.
• Przykręcić kulę i blachę gniazda elektrycznego.
• Disassemble the bumper and plastic shield from the left.
• Unscrew the towing eye and metal reinforcement of the bumper.
• Unscrew the damper and thermal shield.
• Screw the elements C and D to the metal clamps in the technological holes with nuts (point 2)
with bolts M12x40x1,25.
• Insert plates with nuts in the metal clamps and screw, through the technological holes
in the metal clamps, with bolts M10x35 8.8 (point 4).
• Screw the main bar A to the elements C and D with bolts M12x35 8.8 (point 1).
• Tighten all the bolts according to the torque setting- see the table.
• Screw the thermal shield and damper.
• Screw the metal bumper reinforcement and bumper.
• Screw the plastic shield after cut out her fragment.
• Connect the electric wires.
• Fix the ball and electric plate.
• Démonter le pare-chocs et la protection en plastique du gauche.
• Dévisser l'anneau d'attelage et le renforcement en métal du pare-choc.
• Dévisser le silencieux et la protection thermique.
• Serrer les éléments du crochet C et D aux longerons en utilisant les trous technologiques
avec les écrous, à l'aide des vis M12x40x1,25 (point 2).
• In ler les barres avec les écrous dans les longerons et à travers les trous technologiques dans
les longerons les sérrer à l'aide des vis M10x35 8.8 (point 4).
• Serrer la poutre du crochet A à l'élément du crochet d'attelage C et D avec les
boulons M12x35 8.8 (point 1).
• Serrer tous les boulons avec un couple de serrage selon tableau.
• Serrer la protection thermique et le silencieux.
• Serrer le renforcement métallique du pare-chocs et le pare-chocs.
• Serrer la protection en plastique après avoir coupé un fragment.
• Raccorder le circuit électrique.
• Visser la boule et la tôle de la prise electrique.
